Each season GrandLuxe Rail Journeys, (formerly American Orient Express) accommodates a select number of groups on our regularly scheduled departures. If your travel agency has a group that would like to travel with us please call your Regional Sales Manager to discuss promotional opportunities. In addition, contact your Regional Sales Manager for assistance with training your agents on selling GrandLuxe Rail Journeys tours.

FAM Trips
The GrandLuxe Train travels throughout the United States on three routes. In an effort to familiarize the travel agent community on our deluxe train and the destinations we visit, we periodically extend an invitation to travel agents to join us on a trip. These special dates are advertised through trade publications and newsletters of our preferred marketing partners. Please contact us for details.
Open House Schedule
The GrandLuxe Train visits cities throughout the United States during our operating season. On designated dates we plan an open house event in a city near you where travel agents are able to tour the train, talk to our onboard staff about your clients needs and enjoy refreshments in one of our club cars.
Preferred Relationships
GrandLuxe Rail Journeys is a member of ASTA and NTA. We encourage and appreciate business from travel agencies throughout the United States and Canada. We hold preferred relationships with a number of national and regional co-op consortia and agency chains. If your travel agency is a member of a marketing group please contact your group headquarters or our office directly for the terms and conditions of our preferred supplier agreement and commission levels.
